Welcome to our community website. Gull Bay is a limited access gated community surrounded by scenic views on the eastern shore of Lake Keystone in Sand Springs Oklahoma, Osage County. Our community has a diverse make up of families with a love for lake living and fun in the outdoors. This site was developed to share information with the community and anyone just browsing for more information. Some parts of the website are only open to community members while others are open to all.
